Mr. Rohan and his wife have maintained the place wonderfully! We felt as a part of their family. Coco, their dog is unforgettable :) Can’t wait to visit them again

Location: safe, easy to find food, auto rickshaw is available easily, convenient to travel or walk. Accessibility is great. Hosts : friendly, very helpful, fabulous service, hassle free check in & check out, went the extra length to assist booking cab & get another place urgently. The room : equipped, enough space for a small family, modern home, laundry & drying line, safe drinking water, clean, beds were great to sleep on.

Mosquitoes travel in, but once we closed the window by 6pm, it was fine.

This homestay is the best in Mangalore. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. They have helped me with every petty query I’ve asked with a big smile. This homestay was super clean be it the room, the washroom, and it has a pretty porch to relax. There are many good seafood restaurants nearby If you are in Mangalore this is the homestay to go for without a doubt.

Everything was top notch.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness , amenities , bed size. Mr.Rohan , very courteous , helpful & knowledgeable. Its a cute cottage room with automatic washing m/c, gas , fridge , kichennette.

There was nothing we didnt like but perhaps a hot pot , few tea / coffee bags , sugar & milk sachets would have been useful.

EVERYTHING. This is the best place I have ever booked and stayed. The host was so welcoming. The unit is so comfortable, clean. and such a pleasant environment. We really enjoyed our stay here. It will be a pity if anyone misses a stay in this wonderful premises.

The property exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy and timely, and the check-in process was smooth. Tucked away from the bustling main road close by, the room is serene and cosy. It is *very* well maintained and equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay – a fully loaded kitchenette with filtered water, cook top, kettle, cutlery etc; comfortable bed and mattress; cupboard; table and chairs; clean linen; good-sized bathroom with basic toiletteries; and a lovely patio. The double bed may feel a tad tight for two people, but we were comfortable – and there is a single bed next to it for additional requirement. Guests can also use the washing machine, which we did. Wi-fi and AC worked great. The location is superb – close to Father Muller's and Roshini Nilaya – and shops, markets, good restaurants, salons are all within walking distance. In short, we would recommend it highly, to everyone, but especially those new to Mangalore. The icing on this delicious cake is the hospitality and recommendations of the generous hosts – we also appreciated the attention to details in this tastefully decorated homestay. We would love to go back again.

My stay at sunny smiles was great. The room is well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. After staying in several hotels this was a much nicer place than most for a similar price.

Excellent property, Spacious and very very clean. In fact, one of the best in Mangalore even better than many 3Star, 4 Star Hotels. Nestled in a calm atmosphere, the room, washroom, garden area everything is super clean and emitting a mild aroma. The small kitchenette with all essential utensils are very useful when we come and stay here with family. The location is very quiet and easily accessible by any mode of transport. ( The junction name is Valantia and the landmark is Mangala Bar) The property owner, Mr. Rohan is very kind, helpful and most importantly, easily accessible as he's residing in the same compound. There are only two units available for booking, every unit is equipped with One King Size Double Cot, One Single Cot, Water Filter, Wardrobe, Refrigerator, One Table and Two Chairs, Very very clean linen, A LED Smart TV, Kitchen with all essential items for cooking (except provisions of course), A super clean Washroom with Toiletries.... Wow.. A real bonanza for such an economical rate. Don't miss this place when you visit Mangalore
