Nothing to fault, room was lovely and clean and spacious. Rohan and family were welcoming and willing to help in anyway

The place is centrally located, it's very peaceful. Room was very clean with all the amenities provided. There is a kitchen with cooking facilities & utensils. The owner Mr. Roshan was very helpful & a warm person to talk to. Overall the stay was very pleasant. Will surely visit again.

Excellent facility and they maintain the property very clean & hygiene,we are feel it like a home and Most preferable.

Perfect location for trains and bus routes. Nice and quiet but near to shops etc. washing machine great for travellers 😊 spotlessly clean.

The host Rohan is super friendly, really kind and helpful. And the place is the most cosy and clean which I visited in my 6 months in India. There is a kitchen unit, washing machine available to us, good WiFi. Thank you!

Location, excellent property, friendly owner, affordable price

The rooms had almost everything in them for daily living... the kitchen drawers had utensils which were very helpful. The property was pet friendly and they have a very cute dog with the name choco. They have turtles too. They have in-house parking.

Having a few sachets of sugar and salt might help enhance the experience. 😅 The ladies felt the need of having a mirror(even stick-on mirror on the cupboard would do) inside the room though the bathroom mirror was more than enough for me.

It gives me such pleasure to tell U about "Sunny Smiles" the homestay which I'm happy to call HOME....The facilities were awesome, from the comfortable beds, the ensuite bathroom, the spacious kitchen and other utilities, it was pure luxury all the way.The beautiful garden as U step out of the apartment was just too wonderful for words... Our host Mr Rohan Gonsalves. and his lovely wife were such a warm and welcoming couple and treated us more like family instead of guests and their hospitality was excellent ..Most of all it was GREAT value for money and I would highly recommend Sunny Smiles to everyone who appreciates luxury at such a nominal cost. For me it was truly an unforgettable experience and I would certainly be making more visits in the future👌👍❤️ Thank U Rohan for making our stay an amazing one.🙏 PS: If you are a pet lover the bonus is Rohan's little cocker spaniel COCO, who spread and shared so much love around us and in return she was most happy to enjoy the hugs and belly rubs which was a great stress buster for us 💖
