Unfortunately the property is not worth the visit. It was dirty. Very dirty, please see the attached photos.

Interior good

The property is very interior and not convenient to access. The biggest issue was the bathroom – it was not attached, and it seemed to be shared/used by the house members as well, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I had specifically booked an AC room, but they demanded extra charges for using the AC. Breakfast was mentioned as included during booking, yet it was not provided. When we asked about it, they again requested additional payment. Overall, very disappointing experience with poor transparency and service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food was really good and tasty that was prepared in the homestay (Kashiyana)we had stayed on the second day.The first day we were kept in a filthy property that was not booked by us .That led to loss of trust in the words of the owner. She did try to make it up by shifting us to a new property on the second day and giving good food but the unnecessary arguments, harrasment and hassle had already set the tone of our stay

False commitment by the owner and that made the it extremely disappointing. Since I was travelling with 2 senior citizens and a child ,home cooked food was of prime importance.Based on the reviews where food of the homestay was praised very much, I booked it instantly.Later I called the owner and asked her about the availability of lift or ground floor as my mother and aunt have difficulty in climbing stairs but the lady said that it's just a small flight of stairs to the first floor and it is easily accessible by senior citizens plus she will provide home madefood as per our requirement which convinced me to pay her the advance amount .She had also sent me the pics of the rooms which seemed good. After a day she called me back and said that the ground floor is available and if interested we can book it .So I said yes .But later when I got to know that 3 people had to share one double bed I strictly said no and asked her to keep my earlier booking as it is. Later that day when we were on our way to Banaras she again calls me back and says that she now has three room's available on twin sharing basis on the ground floor which are even better than the previous one .So I agreed to it Now when we reach the location, to my utter shock it is a different property all together and it was more of a unclean shabby lodging than homestay.Not for once she had told me it's a different property and through our entire conversation gave me the impression that the rooms were in the same property.When asked about the property and she told me that it is there second homestay which I later found out was a BLATANT LIE.When asked about food she starts mincing with words and tells me ki 'apke liye thali manga denge' She kept telling me ki 'aapke suvidha ke liye kiya hai'Then she tells me the property that I had booked is inside a very narrow lane where taxis cannot enter and started giving me all kinds of excuses. IT WAS REALLY IRRITATING AND WE FELT CHEATED.

Host is helpful, they offer a decent hospitality.

Location, it's there in some rural area ranipur, you'll be walking a lot to reach main road to get any convenience. And it’s very far from temples and ghats, but If you are arriving or departing from banaras railway station, you can consider this as it’s a 10 min walk from there.

The property was well build and properly located ac is also working well

Best location good people are. The owner lady and baby is so cute

Host Kanchan is very supportive. She took care to provide all requirement were met.

Washroom are a bit small.
