"I would advise that the property be used for student accommodation"

- The size is misleading in the photos..too small - No effort is put at all for the comfort of customers -The bed is not comfortable, cheap bed and is sinking already - No access to tv stations, we had login to login with our own dstv profile - No instructions on how to use the tv - Curtains and blinds are worn out - bathroom is like a storeroom as well with mops,washing stands, not a good sight at all! - The apartment is not ideal for this business..too cluttered and no freedom of movement, no allocated parking space, ideal for rental business - There's no value for money at all considering all the listed issues above!
