No entry

No entry. Fully paid for the room, only to not be able to gain entry. Owner's phone was off and security didn't want to let me in without her confirmation (which is not was mentiod on the message sent by her). No mention of cut off times was on the message. Called the owner to question the payment made but no stay, only to be rudely addressed. Not my first rude experience either.
