I felt home

No way to pay for different service to room. Major inconvenience to have to pay wellness, juice bar, restaurant, hotel, all separately. Hard to believe such a great property cant figure out the basics, administratively.

Great hotel with a great pool and atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The pool with the hammocks is awesome and very chill. The art walk, the difference work shops and classes they offer. I loved that whole experience. Will be back for sure! The staff is very friendly and everything-especially the rooms are spacious and super clean. My room had a hammock inside and a balcony.

I have nothing to criticize! To round up this whole resort they could use a full (crossfit) gym. It would fit perfectly into this whole atmosphere! :)

The facilities were fabulous, the pool was just wonderful! Very comfortable and clean rooms, close to everything on site! We had breakfast on site everyday which was great! The yoga classes had great variety and were very enjoyable and insightful.

It's a little far from Tulum town for exploring, but we rented bikes one day, and taxis aren't too expensive either.
