water shortage, staff were a bit unmindful.

No water pressure in the shower and the shower head you could not adjust and the so called bed was not a bed at all but a pull out sofa.

Service

The bed. It was just a couch turned into a bed. Also wasnt straight so very uncomfortable.

The only good thing about the place is the barista who knows how to make coffee.

Everything. False advertising. Queen bed = full size. 2 queen beds = 1 Full size bed + 1 single mattress. King-size = sofa bed which made it really uncomfortable, expect back pains. No amenities. No hot shower, no lavatory, no bidet, no toilet seat. Food is shit, burned eggs and taste is crap for everything on the menu. It was a hassle and aggravating. People in tents right outside our door made it more noisy, in addition to the karaoke next door. For $150 it is a complete waste of money.

The room was nice. There was a restaurant at the resort. Easy access to transportation. Staff were generally friendly.

The water pressure was not good. Intermittent water pressure and bidet was practically useless and had a bad odor coming from the drain.

The location, environment, ambience etc. Staff was also very friendly. I have booked it for 2 days only but then extended it to 4 days

They can be more flexible in food choices
