The location was good

No hairdryer as promised nowhere to hang clothes very comfortable

At first glance, the room appeared decent and refreshed. However, it was quite dirty. There was a lot of dust on the cabinets, curtains, and windowsill. The pillows, blanket, and towels were dirty. The mattress was quite disgusting, covered in stains, with only a sheet and no protective cover. Shockingly, during a three-week stay, there was no access to a vacuum cleaner, only a small brush that was hardly helpful. No washing machine. The bedding was also not changed. We stayed in room number 5, which was very noisy due to street traffic during the day and late into the night because of nearby food establishments open until late hours. Additionally, the sound of alarms from nearby closing barriers was audible at night. There were also frequent shouts from people outside. There was a lot of litter scattered around outside. I would not return to this accommodation and do not recommend it.

The location was perfect for us.

The mattress was old, broken down, stained and nasty. The mattress was older than the recent room update! Cheap and deliberate neglect of the facilities!!! There was no mattress pad, no hand soap in the bathroom, no body wash or shampoo in the shower dispenser. I was offered a partial refund, but to date it hasn’t shown up despite promise to expedite it. Spend the extra few quid and stay at Premier Inn!
