We could not stay in this property because of the intense smell of damp, black mould on the walls and ceilings and totally uninhabitable.

The room was really clean, and my personal needs were taken care of very quickly.

The apartment itself was very safe, but I felt the street wasn't safe. There were drawers for storing clothes, but it would have been nice to have a few hangers. There was no table to eat at or chairs to sit on. Even a small room is important.

Never stayed at the property..when I booked it I told them I was 70 years old and have very bad legs ..and please can I have a ground floor due to my legs .when I turned up it took me ages to get the front door open..my daughter came with me to check in help lift my bags etc..when we got in we counted at least 30 steps..they were also very steep and very narrow. My daughter said I can't stay there as I would struggle to get up and would very likely fall coming down...so we locked up and came away..I then had to stay somewhere else...I've rung the agents app t times ..they don't seem very concerned ..I asked a few times please can I have my money back..it's a lot of money to me as I'm a pensioner....so I was told to contact you to ask for my money back ..please can you help..here's my phone number in case you wish to speak to me..07706833677 .my name is malc...thankyou in advance..

Excellent location. Convenient parking in parallel streets. Very good communication for access and for leaving. Very comfortable with good facilities

no breakfast in the room, we had to go to the caffe over the road

local is a bit run down but not a lot the owner can do about that
