The best part about the room was its location. 10 on 10 on location. The room size is good and it is comfortable also. The road side window with a view of the Temple from the room was awesome. The bed and the linens were good.

The bath room is extremely small and geyser is not available, nor any exhaust fan. The request for cleaning the room fell into deaf ears. The staff working there definately lacks knowledge on hospitality management and badly requires training on the same. They are extremely un co-operative and lacks communication skills.

The location is very good and the meenakshi temple is walking distance. Don't have parking allowed.you need to park a vehicle on the temple pay parking which 120Rs for 24hrs and safe.i would highly recommend if you don't want traffic and get fast temple darshan please go ahead.

Très bon emplacement devant le temple.

La clim ne marchait pas, le wifi non plus. Pas d'eau chaude. Le chambre était au dessus de l'accueil donc bruyante. La personne de l'accueil qui demande un pourboire pour avoir mis le sac dans l'ascenseur... Demandez une chambre dans les étages et sur l'arrière du bâtiment pour être plus au calme car bien que la rue soit piétonne,elle est assez bruyante.

Facilities provided in the rooms requires a lot of improvements. In contrast to what is claimed by Booking.com's site, no running hot water facility is available in the attached bath. The whole hotel shares one single Immersion Rod for providing hot water for bathing. There is no Electrical Plugs provided for connecting the immersion rod. We had to lug the hot water bucket from the room to the bath room spilling water everywhere inside the room!!! Even to get a cup of Hot Water for drinking, we had to call the Hotel Room Service. Providing an Electric Kettle could have been a better option.

The rating does not reflect the actual experience. 1. There was no hot water during my stay. 2. No room service or housekeeping was provided. I stayed for 2 days, and the room was not serviced even once. 3. The washroom door lock was not working properly. 4. The prices are high compared to the poor maintenance of the property. 5. There is no nearby transport facility, which makes commuting difficult. 6. The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable.
