This property offers a beautiful location, exquisite views, quiet ambience and exceptional staff who go out of their way to help. The building is gorgeous and the spaces well thought out. It’s a special place to stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and the place of the hotel was amazing! The garden was very very beautiful and it was very nice just to seat outside in the garden and looking at the canal all day!

The staff were very good people but there were many misunderstandings because of the language, they did not know good or at all English but the man from Assam was all the money, very good person and he understood everything!

No Tea ,Coffee Facility in the room only kettle , and no luggage rack in some of the room ,no refrigerator, and no lake view from the room

BAB BAD HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE WHOLE PLACE IS A CON Arrived to find my room supposedly taken. In fact my room never existed description was, fo a de lux villa private entrance, and lake view. no such room exists. these, people are criminals, man on reception was clueless. given a room with a filthy towel no toilet roll no toiletries as, described and no lake view. the room looked on to a rubbish tip which was, often burning so smoke came in room even with windows closed . no hot water in fct water went of completely after arriving. no where near to get food, a walk of 30 to 40 minutes will find you two tiny dirty cafes with virtually no choice of food, no rice not even a chapati or roti. booked for two nights but refused to stay 2nd night, manager in the morning agreed to ony charge me the one night as no free cancellation. contacted Booking. Com via chat /email and telephone they were absolutely useless a complete waste of time dealing with them and basically said could not uphold my complaints and nothing they could do.

It was a great location with a very soothing ambience. The facilities and staff were very accommodating and friendly.
