"An okish place, definitely cannot be called a resort. Waterfront yes definitely!"

No complimentary breakfast if you are booking through booking.com. The place is a big house transformed into so called resort. It would be good if you are booking all the rooms for ur family. A wedding happened when we checked in so you could not expect privacy or anything. The place is very close to Kollam beach so ya tat was the only perk

Everything was great. The breakfast is really homely food and the chef was such a nice guy. My husband and I enjoyed very much our stay. We totally recommend it and would be definitely be returning some other time.

It is a bit easier to reach by car.
