There is nothing besides a room but it has a nice view which is the only nice thing for that price in Sri Lanka

This place has NO amenities at all so don’t expect anything fancy and the kitchen is very dirty and the staff is trying to be helpful but is incapable of helping and will book you sketchy taxis and tuktuks (autos) which will try and scam you. They say they have a restaurant but everything is take away they order for you and they will literally just give you a plastic bag with food in it - you have to handle the rest yourself - at that price point you are better off going to the leela ashtamudi or going for a cheaper place. This place is NOT worth it

The members of staff work exceeding hard to try to please the customers. They have a friendly and willing approach. A taxi was organised for us to suit our needs on both days. The deluxe rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is tasty and includes drinks, fruit and toast. The lake location is very pretty and has the potential to be tranquil. Varkala is s super place to go to from there.

I stayed in 2 different rooms, the villa overlooking the lake. Rooms are basic and badly need renovation. The manager gave me the villa to satisfy my request for a lake view. However due to a wedding function the next day, members of staff worked until 1.30am, talking loudly and moving things around. It was very noisy! For our second night we had the two deluxe double bedrooms which we had originally booked.These were great. Unfortunately the family function the hotel was hosting was noisy until nearly 2am. It was only at my request that the party respect my need to sleep that it quietened at all. My son and I were out all day, sightseeing and needed to rest at night. I believe the hotel should NOT accept other guests when there is a function booked. They allowed us a small discount and Booking.com has also offered a small credit - thank you.

Tout d’abord, les échanges avant notre arrivée étaient très cordiaux, ensuite nous étions attendues et avons eu un super accueil. Tout au long du séjour, Sheen a fait en sorte que nous puissions avoir toutes les informations qui nous manquaient et nous a fait rencontrer un super chauffeur de Tuk Tuk. L’ensemble des professionnels est compétent et super agréable. Un petit déjeuner extra avec tous les sourires de la vie dès le matin 💜 Merci la Teams
