Location. The lake view and garden was quite nice (until some people started drinking and chatting). Clean bathrooms Friendly manager and staff

1) Most of the time a group of guys were sitting on my porch and drinking. 2) I came for a conference. I really needed wifi but it was not working. I asked multiple times to fix it. The staff tried whatever they could but it was not working. Initially, he tried to manage by telling it was not working on my phone only. Then when I asked him to try with his phone, the same issue persisted. Then he said he will fix. Neither wifi worked nor he responded after that. I couldn't speak to manager because his shift was over. Neither the conference preparation nor a peaceful time went as expected. For Rs.2500, there are much better Hotel rooms with good wifi, complimentary breakfast and the more important privacy. In Waterfront, you get one room (out of 3) in a cottage. The manager was a very friendly guy. He took his personal vehicle to drop in the bus stop during my departure.

Excellent location and vista. They have a lazing area right on the lake where you can spend your time looking at the water, nearby landscape and birds coming out to fish. The common dining and living area is massive. The play area, where they have it set for chess and carrom is just as nice. The room was of adequate size. Bathroom amenities were great; I faced zero issues with hot water supply. The staff is very friendly and they are eager to help out wherever possible.

The ongoing construction wasn't a hassle (hardly any noise) when we were in the room. However, it did make the play area dusty.
