We couldn’t manage to turn on the hot water, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The manager that checked me in tried to convince me that the room I booked didn’t smell like cigarettes, then admitted it smelled like cigarettes, then told me she’d bring me a spray for my cigarettes, but unfortunately didn’t understand that my asthma didn’t care if a spray would cover up the smell of cigarettes. The door handle on my room was coming off; there was still gunk and hair shavings at the sink of my bathroom when I checked in; the room was pretty dumpy: except for the bed.

- good size clean rooms -breakfast was basic but ok -Italian restaurant on site is really good -rented a bike from hotel easily and had no issues -rooms cleaned daily -friendly and helpful staff -nice pool

Surga suites is strategically located close to all the surf famous beaches, it's an ideal location for exploring Uluwatu. Our family room was comfortable for 4 people, well decorated and a step from the tropical garden. Great bonus point it is the Italian restaurant inside the surga suites, on the best I've tried in Bali. Super recommend!

Good impression because the air conditioner was on after we checked in (I have message the property I’m on the way to the suites), after a long day I feel so great to stay here. Friendly staff, nice decoration and clean room! I wish we can try their the italian food but we were late going back to the suites.

the location quite difficult to get Grab/Gojek to center of Uluwatu, some insects in our room which I think is normal in Bali.

Common areas are nice and well furnished, and the fact of having a restaurant is a pro. We had a focaccia and it was good. In addition, they gave us water multiple times.

Bathrooms had an incredibly terrible smell, and we find a bug in our room. In addition, we had to wait an entire hour to have our breakfast served because the staff was not on site. When they finally arrived, we couldn’t have our first choice on the menu because “they didn’t have flour”. The other tables in the common area still displayed dirty dishes and leftovers from the previous dinner. (On the contrary, as soon as they saw us standing up, they were very quick and solicited for asking the bill)

Nice place with good sized rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The owners need to train the front of house probably, make sure food is excellent quality all the time and staff are attentive all the tine. Just need to be a little more professional.

Beautiful restaurant and garden area with pool. The restaurant serves very good Italian food! Staff are pleasant. The room was large and spacious.

Noise - Building works next door, music coming from restaurant and constant beeping of their pizza oven. Do not stay if looking for a quiet location.
