Spiders in the Room, bad Air, very trashed all over the room

Clean nice room, also very nice to have public kitchen to use.

It Is really far away from Restaurants, Shops and Beauty Shops. Staff was not friendly. As I wrote them in Booking I will be Mins. late for Check Out because of Traffic, they placed my things opened outside on the dirty floor. It was loud at Night.

Surga Homestay is from far my favourite accomodation in Bali and I've been two times already for almost one month each. It's the house you imagine when thinking of Bali. Merry is very nice and helpful. The room is being cleaned every day and it's really comfy and cozy. But the best part is you have the full villa to cook, chill in many relax areas, swim, read in a swing and everything you need. Free water and coffee. And the place is in a great location near to all the good beaches and spots in Uluwatu!

It’s like a hidden gem. Super quiet and clean. All small decorations and seating outside looks very beautiful. Everything feels very cozy and welcoming.

It can be good or bad depending on what you looking for. Location is not perfect if you looking to spend time in the restaurant or any more lively area as you will need to go with a scooter for aprox 10-15min.

The garden is really cute, there’s a common kitchen and fridge where you can put your food.

No isolation at all, you can hear everything through the walls (they also put music early in the morning to try to cover the noise). There were some renovation above my room so super noisy and not relaxing. When I arrived the bathroom was flooded because the sink pipe was broken and the shower drain blocked and a big cockroach in the middle of the bathroom (fortunately they fixed it the next day). They don’t clean the room every day or change bed linen or give you fresh towels. The host was not super nice when I would ask if they could clean the room now or lower the music in the morning, in general I didn’t like the communication and service.
