It hadn’t been properly cleaned. Fridge not emptied and cleaned, washing machine not empty, floor not cleaned properly. Stained cushion on the bed

2 dining chairs had legs broken
GBI liked the bed it was really comfy also for an apartment really quiet. The free parking is an added bonus. Also supplied the basics so didn't have to buy anything.
The front door makes a very loud sound as it shuts
