GBI liked the location, a short walk to a local park and an easy bus ride into Belfast centre. Lots of items at the property to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
LUIt was great, cosy and clean for TWO persons. But we were three.
Two people could be very happy here. The third person had dirty linens and uncomfortable sofa. We speaked to two persons trying to fix the problem. The lady answering on booking messages was nice, but the guy answering on the phone was nasty. He mocked us and said it was not a hotel. Yep, but still we payed for it, and we payed for three persons.
NLThe apartment was good enough for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped, so it was easy to cook and to store food in the fridge.
Finding the entrance to the apartment was tricky the instructions were like a puzzle. Additional basic supplies (toilet paper, towels) would have been appreciated.
IEGood location and easy to find, clear instructions given by the host, great that there is private parking and apartments block has private gate. Apartment has everything you need, tidy and stylish, but needs a little bit if maintenance and cleaning up especially where mold is gathering.

There were no instructions - how do you turn on the hot water/heater - where do you put the garbage - no support of any kind. You must have cut/pasted your paragraph on what was at the location since none of it was there. There was NO sopa when we called/left a message/ they said that they don't provide sopa. shampoo etc. We had to go out and buy these items

The bed was not good. Nice apartment would benefit from a modern king size bed with a good mattress. The bed was old and not comfortable - it’s the most important thing as we only stayed to be convenient to a hospital.
