Apartment size

Good location, clean. Had the basics you need. Bed was comfy.

Ultra minimalist with no bedside tables / lights. Not enough soft furnishings so echoed a lot. Felt a bit like staying in a warehouse, although all clean and tidy and functional. Entrance area is currently being renovated / decorated and felt a bit like a building site.

no parking on site,you have to cross 4 lanes of city centre traffuck to get from the carpak to the accommodation. the entrance is a building site, see photos. inside the apartment there are marks on the walls and water marks on the bedroom ceiling. no bed side tables or reading lamps. the wall heater in the bedroom had fallen off its fixings,this us not a luxury apartment, it's not really ready for occupation

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment in sunny Leeds. I would call this a startup apartment: lots of potential, but not up to standards yet. For example, there is a washing machine, but no drying rack. There is a block with usefull knives, but no cutting board. With the clothes rack exchanged for a cupboard, this would already be a step in the right direction. The apartment is spacious and has a good kitchen and a seperate bedroom and bathroom. This apartment could easily feel like a home away from home. The area is quiet, although it is located near the intersections of several roads. The city center and other important sites are at walking distance.

We are not used to sleeping on a pocket spring mattress, so that was a bit of a setback. Apart from that we had a thoroughly good stay in this apartment.

Location, clean, comfortable, Evelyn was super helpful.

The weirdness of the entrance and finding the door key.

It was lovely and clean. Everything in there that was needed. Provided birthday decorations as requested which was a lovely gesture. Great location for the First direct arena and town centre. Would definitely stay again!!

Location was perfect for Leeds Arena

Poor signage, doesn’t actually say it is Kest Luxury Apartments no number on the building property is not actually on North Street this made it difficult to locate it

Lack of bed covers for sofa bed. Was given a quilt without cover which was stained and no pillow. Extremely noisy outside due to being located on a major junction and lots of drunk people passing. No sleep for us. Communal entrance was very scruffy and windows to main door broken.
