Nice apartment, minimalist but finished well. Spacious, clean, good size overall, good location for the grand theatre (5 min walk).

Internet connection is extremely poor and stopped working completely on the second day morning (despite trying to reboot router). Given the reception for most phone providers is weak in the building (as indicated in the welcome pack), the reliance on the wifi is high but this falls foul as soon as the wifi stops working. Hard for anyone to do anything such as look at maps/places (if unfamiliar and visiting the area), watch tv (all digital so internet required), contact anyone within the building due to poor phone receptions. The coffee table in the living area is also very flimsy and we didn't feel we could use it for placing drinks etc on (as most people would generally) because we felt it may collapse. Very minor thing, which could be resolved by replacing with a sturdier table or ensuring the bolts etc that put the table together are properly secured. Lastly I'd also echo other people's comments in that a lamp or reading light in the bedroom would be a useful addition. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it is a nice apartment and would consider staying again but there's certainly a couple of things that need tweaking, and given the building itself is still clearly going through a refurbishment stage it feels a 'work in progress' rather than the finished package which we were expecting.

Location

The smell of cannabis in the main walkway to front door from other apts was seriously strong and also loud music been played at one of the apts at 12.45am . Outtage of wifi for quite some time . No lamps and not been able to open windows in the heat . Front room occasion table very very unsteady .

The property is in a prime location to the city centre, car park and arena. It’s super clean and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

It was very hot. However fans are provided which were very much appreciated.
