KEST Luxury Apartment

The location was great. Very short walk from cheap, secure car park and close to city centre. Nice big windows, so plenty of light in the day. Warmed up nicely with electric radiators placed throughout.

Directions to the apartment inside the building weren't very clear, there are two separate entrances leading to two separate floors as the building is on a hill. The TV was broken. Several lights weren't working. The shower head was broken/damaged so most of the water came out from the sides and not the holes. The kitchen tap dripped quite a lot, had to postion the tap after each use so drops didn't thunk into the base of the sink. The bed was ok, found the mattress and duvet thin. There were marks all over every wall, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Some pictures that I suppose were meant to be hung, had been left leaning against the walls in different spots. With some regular maintenance the place could be a lot more welcoming but it just felt grotty. Also expired ketchup from Aug 25 in the cupboard, the place just isn't looked after. There's certainly nothing luxurious about it.

Had ring owners to get into flat confusion over key boxes, also very low down so very awkward to get keys.

I liked the apartment as a whole. It was cool and nice to use.

The smell of the bin at the entrance and the bed wasn’t too comfortable.

Location and it was minimalist so suited our taste.

No fresh air due to window security. But not a criticism.

Good central location, clean and perfect for a short stay.

Car park at the property but not able to park there? Would be helpful if this was possible.

Really good location for the city centre. Contacts were very helpful when I couldn't find the key box location

No curtains in any rooms. Only louvre blinds so people can see in off the street as it's ground floor. No bedside tables so nowhere to put a glass of water etc. and no lamp in the bedroom. Kind of small things that make the difference.
