KEST Luxury Apartment

Very clean, great location.

I was in the shower on our first night there, 5 minutes into my shower the water went freezing. All hot water stopped working because of the way the boiler is set. I had conditioner in my hair that needed washing out so I had to sit, freezing in front of a tiny heater and while my partner sorted the boiler settings. There were no warnings about a limit in hot water. Not happy at all. Also, the toiletries included a half empty, used, mismatched assortment of shampoo, conditioner and soap. In the kitchen cupboard was also half used products, not very sanitary or safe.

Lovely clean apartment with lots of facilities and close by to Leeds centre and the arena and lovely hosts

The area apartment is in is not the best and the key for the door and lock is a bit of a pain with the door and to lock the door you can spend 10 mins trying to figure out how to do this. Also building itself is not in the best shape and apartment inside needs a little bit of tlc like paint etc but nothing major.

Difficult to find and access your room, no one on site at check in Lack of soft furnishings in large spacious area left it very echoey, hard floor was very slippy

Good location, good kitchen facilities and very clean inside the flat.

It’s not a luxury flat. Very basic furniture and decor, bedroom consists of a bed, a wobbly rail and children’s plastic coat hook on back of the door. Communal areas were dirty, the door to the apartment is really difficult to lock and the hot water stopped working in the shower.

Ideal location

Extremely clean, really nice and compact. Perfect for what we needed

The location was great for where we were going (first direct arena) but the area itself wasn’t the greatest.
