Modern place that had everything I needed. Location was ideal for Leeds City centre

Only thing that let it down was noise from the traffic outside which can't be helped with a city centre place

Location excellent, clean, good facilities, spacious living area and good communication from owner. I would stay again if it had a more comfortable mattress!

Bed was not the most comfortable, could do with a new mattress. TV channels seemed limited.

Large clean apartment, tea and coffee supplies, water in fridge waiting for us, shampoo and body wash in bathroom. Short walk into shopping malls, short walk to first direct arena. Quiet for being right next to the main road. Would stay again.

How to find the address.

It was a comfy bed and a nice space in the room with a good kitchen.

It was a difficult system to get in to the property and it felt claustrophobic with windows not opening properly they were so heavy. It felt unclean in the bedroom and we found other people's toothbrushes under the bed. The wifi was a nightmare it would not work properly which was difficult to message family. Also not nice to hear the painters outside the room say they are there to cover up mould.

Apartment itself was clean inside.

On booking.com the check out time is listed as 12pm, myself and my partner had the owner of the apartment making their own way in at 11am telling us it was time to go! one of the reasons I booked was for the late check out so this ruined our morning and I was left leaving with wet hair and no time to dry it. The apartment building itself is run down, graffiti on the outside, smashed windows round the side of the building and a rat ran past us on the way to the entrance. Tea and coffee left but no milk. Windows do not open.

Very spacious! Great kitchen facilities ie. Fridge, freezer, cooking equipment. Bed was very comfy, with space to hang your clothes. Beautiful bathroom. The entire property smelt very clean! Would recommend.

The hot water in the shower is set on a timer. Mid shower it turned to ice water so had to get out and wait for it to reset. No parking, despite a private car park for the building at the front of the property…
