Nothing, it was just awful. We canceled at the last minute because the pictures advertised did not reflect reality. They wanted to put us in a very dirty room, the armchair leg was broken, and there was no electricity in the bathroom. There was dirt everywhere, and the kitchen was covered in grease. We then looked at two other apartments, but unfortunately, the situation was the same as in the first one. We were simply shocked. The lady from the staff was rude and kept her mouth shut about everything. Completely unfriendly.

The swimming pools

Nice security men and helpful cleaning ladies. The swimming pool and the gym was also quite decent.

I paid more money for a balcony but the room on the first night had no balcony. Even while showing the proof that I’m entitled to a balcony they mentioned that it’s either I get a balcony or don’t. Water was leaking in that room so it was quite humid. Secondly, the room we booked for my brother in law was nicer although cheaper. So when he checked out I took over his room and my experience was better. It also helped that the second room was on the 8th floor to avoid the smell coming from the sewage. So I think overall it was a solid 7.5 because I moved rooms.

The calm and private ambience

Initially I didn't have materials like kitchen napkin and floor towel for the kitchen. I request for this but it took the staff about 24hrs to respond to my request. I suggest the cleaning should be every 2days, not 3days
