Elevator is of in night Electricity is not 24h I was lock inside the elevator because of electricity He doesn’t take time to come back Is scare to take it I was scare to take it And I was staying at 8 floor imagine in morning after party is not comfortable The security men who work in night at the reception is very rude all my stay not kind my last day in morning he can even said good morning or ask me how was my stay direct where is the key I don’t maybe because I don’t give him money even in night for elevator is like you disturbed him Be only nice with peoples you know is not a service customer Spending 800 dollars

The restaurant is okay

We were poorly welcomed at the reception — they had confirmed our stay by phone, but when we arrived, they claimed there was no accommodation available. After an hour of complaints, they said they would find a solution, but we later discovered they had lied; the rooms simply weren’t ready, and they didn’t want to clean them for us. When we finally got access, the rooms were very dirty, full of humidity, with hair in the bathroom, an unemptied bin, and overall terrible hygiene — it was awful and made our first night in Victoria Island a horrible experience
