Comfy bed

Feedback - Decor is stuck in the 1970s/1980s Carehome style. Receptionist was patrionising on check in and again when I couldn't find the room. I arrived after 9 and no food available after a long journey up from Penzance, I ordered food as I was hungry and hadn't eaten in hours and was very rudely spoken to by the receptionist upon doing so. Room was ok but again quite old fashioned, lovely comfy bed and a great desk I could do some work on. Bathroom was dated and sadly had mould round the edge of the bath and shower head. Overall a poor experience upon staying here, a shame as been looking forward to staying here for years! Will say I slept very well and the bed was incredibly comfy! Not worth the money paid sadly, probably worth around £40-£50 a night based on other places I have stayed not £130. I apologise for the negativity, I always like to be positive but had a really bad experience staying here.

Great Facilities - Swimming, Tennis and can cycle or walk straight from the hotel. Enjoyed the food and the lounge area was great for families - maybe not so great for those looking for a quieter spot to relax in the evening.
