The staff were very friendly and helpful and if need be they would go out of their way to help you 😁😁😁

The bar staff where excellent, Jess was excellent she would make every one smile and she's good at her job 😁😁😁

Out dated The staff didn’t know where the sauna was even after working there for a year and it was also out the way and wasn’t told that and also wasn’t told you have to go in a room and if anything happened to you no one would know because no one was around

I liked the lift😊I also liked the colour scheme!

It was quite stuffy and hot.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel full of character and charm . Wonderful architecture . Friendly helpful staff . Delicious breakfast.

Bit more updating and cleaning needed around pool area, bit neglected , sun loungers and pads very shabby . Was expecting a possible gym and sauna experience but in another building behind kitchens area , unhygienic and not pleasant . Hotel itself pleasant but very close to busy road and railway line meaning our room with a view of the sea was also overlooking the very busy road with noisy traffic well into the night.

Very, very dated hotel & facilities. When we arrived, reception took ages to get to us. The room was very dated and needs some investment. The floorboards creaked Inc the room above. The room was very warm, no air conditioning with an industrial fan outside the window that didn't stop until 1am. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bedding was very heavy. The bathroom was functional, but the shower was a letdown. Just stay somewhere else unless you're a fan of 70s kitch with dated furniture.
