Hanaka Riverside Ubud is fabulous! The host Dewa responds very quickly and is very accommodating to any requests. The rooms are beautiful, just as the picture shows. It is extremely clean & modern with Balinese decor. And I could not have asked for a better location. The entire staff here is so kind and welcoming & happy to help. The area is safe and secure. It is such a wonderful place, I decided to extend my stay here. I highly recommend.

Lovely staff (thanks Dewa and the others!), very helpful, great services The place is as per the pictures, clean, well maintained and calm. I disagree with some previous comments mentioning it's difficult to find. The location on Google map is correct and crystal clear. Just trust it. Some comments are referring to "aggressive" stray dogs on the street to reach the place. These are not related to Hanaka and, anyway, they are just making noise when you pass buy but are not aggressive. Nothing to worry about, just keep walking. There is an Indomaret almost next door as well as another small shop if you need quick supply

Lovely place with a lush jungle overviewing a beautiful pool. Nice rooms, comfy bed, lovely staff and amazing value.

There are better locations, it’s ok but not great. And the massive downside is that there is a small stretch of road to walk between the road and the property and it is filled with the most aggressive dogs. Almost got attacked by 3 of them one morning, and it was the closest thing to a heart attack (these are not small dogs). The property is aware of the issue and they can accompany you outside as they are familiar with the dogs. They really need to address this.

Location is good, I really liked that you can get by foot or short bike ride to the center with no traffic by a good road. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and good londry nearby. And pepito. overall quite area with occasional construction sound and music but far away and ever for light sleeper like me it was ok. Very beautiful view of the area. Stuff helped me to bring the suitcase from the road and back when I checked out. Long pool.

Its basically no wifi situation. You can stream a movie but no browsing or calls or work. I needed to go out to work. Room is small. But the worst part that cleaning going to the room without asking you about it. Feels like violating of my privacy. And the also arrange my belongings as they think they should be sorted!!! They closed my cosmetic begs, rearrange towels, rearrange my devices upside down. Closed my suitcase. Terrible feeling. Gladly did not destroy anything this time but stuff need better training.

Had a wonderful stay at Hanaka Riverside Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly, always up for a chat, and super helpful. When we arrived, we were amazed by the stunning location and the breathtaking view, it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. And all of this for a great price! I would absolutely stay here again.

Brand new hotel. Very nice clean rooms with view of ravine. Very quiet and close to a few good restaurants and mini marts. Good size pool.

Taxi had a hard time finding it. No on-site restaurant.

May stay in Hanaka,was really nice ,, the staff is so lovely, everyone is helpful in everything. The cleaning is absolutely amazing!!!! Close to the center by walking distance. The rooms are nice, I definitely raccommand!!!

Exceptional Service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Every request was met with a warm smile and efficiency. Truly felt at home here!
