The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes the stay even more special. The food is absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. I would especially highlight the kindness and attentiveness of the team – they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The swimming pool is pleasantly warm and large enough not only for relaxation but also for proper swimming and exercise. Whether you’re looking for a quick one- or two-day getaway or a longer, more peaceful retreat, this place is equally perfect. A wonderful spot to recharge, relax, and enjoy authentic Georgian hospitality.

Должны быть халаты у бассейна, но мы из не дождались ни утром, ни вечером. У бассейна не было персонала, у которого мы можно было уточнить этот вопрос. В целом хотелось бы более информативно, чтобы рассказывали на ресепшене про локации в отеле (возможно провели мини экскурсию), потому что искали мы долго и выход на бассейн, и вход в ресторан.

It was the best experience during my three years in Georgia. The room was really cozy, with a wonderful view from the windows and a small balcony where Wi-Fi worked well. Cleaning was done every day, and if it wasn’t made during the daytime, staff would come in the evening. The front desk staff were highly professional The restaurant was excellent – khachapuri, barbecue, everything was very tasty. Service was great, with no long waiting times: food was served within 10–15 minutes after ordering. Breakfasts - delicious as well. The sauna and jacuzzi were very comfortable. The hotel grounds are not very large, but perfect for a short walk, with many benches to relax on. There’s a grocery store nearby (3-minute walk) where you can buy water, wine, and snacks. Near the store is a stop where minibuses to Tbilisi pick up passengers (5 GEL/2 USD per person).

The restaurant was rather expensive, probably due to the lack of competition in the village, and the selection was quite limited. Still, the food was great, even by Tbilisi standards. Water was turned off twice or thrice for about an hour. It's not the best location to travel without a car - you won't be able to walk around the village because of homeless dogs.

I really liked the modern and fresh interior of the hotel, the cleanliness, and especially the swimming pool with its beautiful mountain views. The wellness area with the Finnish sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi was a great addition, and I appreciated that everything was well maintained and included in the stay. The location is also perfect – only about an hour from Tbilisi, making it an easy and relaxing short trip. Also, a special thank you to the staff for surprising me with a free cheesecake on my birthday – that was a lovely touch!

The restaurant menu could be improved – many of the hot meals weren’t available during my stay (only about three options were offered), and the prices felt a little on the higher side.

The hotel was of a very high standard. Our apartment was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were able to relax well at the hotel and fully enjoy the heated pool and sauna.

It’s a shame that the coffee (cappuccino) at breakfast is not included, and especially that no one informs you in advance. You only find out when you arrive to get your coffee, which is quite frustrating.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr schöner Pool. Sehr bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal, besonders eine Bedienung mit Deutschkenntnissen.

Bei den Zimmern in Richtung Pool stören die lauten Geräusche der Lüftung vom gegenüberliegenden Gebäude bei geöffneten Fenster.
