The family suite was truly luxurious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the pool and saunas were clean, relaxing, and well-maintained.

the floor around the pool area can be very slippery and should be addressed for safety.

Beim Essen gab es kleinigkeiten die mir nicht so gut gefallen haben: - das brot war nicht fluffig, sondern eher gummimäßig (vielleicht nicht so frisch) - die kürbissuppe war nur lauwarm und hat sehr süß geschmeckt, als hätten sie zucker hinzugefügt - bei der creme brulee war der zucker oben drauf etwas zu sehr angebrannt, sodass der geschmack zu bitter wurde

The property is beautiful. The room was big with a big balcony, although the view was partial. Beds were comfy. Everything spotless clean and new.

Staff are not very professional. Especially at the restaurant. Food was average although quite pricey. Coffee at breakfast at additional cost.
