Ximena Hotel Boutique

The Hotel was in the perfect location in Sayulita, close to town and within walking distance to the beach and markets, restaurants. It was clean, our hotel room was perfect, soft towels, kitchen in our room was great and the pool on the top roof was amazing. Coffee available on each floor as well.

Everything was terrific- no issues at all.

The property was always clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were always very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location outside the noise of the main strip but easily walkable everywhere. Fantastic restaurants close by and easy walk to beach.

Modern clean and comfy place close to plaza and beach , yet far enough away from the noise. It was a perfect stay .

Great location! Staff were friendly and booked out airport shuttle. Very modern, clean and cute. View from the roof was nice.

Although Ximena is new, there are parts showing poor upkeep and maintenance. For instance, the paint was starting to peel outside where our balcony was, the entryway plants are uncared for and the planters are only half full, no restaurant service even though there is one, rusting lounge chairs sitting in the pool water, a great bar area where the pool is, but no one was working behind the bar for the 3 days we used the pool

I love this hotel, I've stayed here twice and both experiences have been totally amazing. Staff is nice and very welcoming, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beds are great and the room layout is perfect and very convenient.

Letting guests know there is a construction under way to be aware of the noise that might cause.
