Ximena Hotel Boutique

Very comfortable hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool and bar area, not too far but far enough from town that it was very quiet. Super friendly staff. Loved it!

Stunning place. Well situation but off the busy path. Beautiful pool on the rooftop. The staff were so incredibly kind.

Staff was excellent and helpful. The pool and hotel were very nice. Rooms are a good size but windows do not cut outnoise from the street or dogs. Underground secured parking was excellent. Hotel is close to everything Sayulita has to offer.

The location is poor as the hotel is on a busy cut road to North Sayulita. Lots of noise from water trucks and loud motorcycles so the rooms at the front are noisy. Room 25 has a door to the adjoining room and it feels like the guests are in your room when they speak (no sound proofing). We asked to be moved to the back of the hotel only to have the noise nightmare continue with barking dogs every night of our stay. The dogs barked for at least 2-3 hours at a time with a break of an hour or so! Did not eat breakfast at hotel as the night watchman sleeps in the kitchen..hygenic??
