The location was amazing !

Was quite noisy in the early hours, didn’t bother us. But could imagine it would other people if you were looking for a quiet stay.

Great location - in the centre of town. As a result, some noise from pubs/bars until late…..but to be expected given location Superb apartment - 2 double rooms, and bathroom - very large open plan kitchen/diner Clean, modern

Fantastic location in the bustling center of Bath.

The manager was unresponsive except for when I asked if I could extend my check out, to which they responded no. They did not respond when I had questions about finding the specific apartment nor to help me access the WiFi. I was never able to use the WiFi. The ceiling lights in both rooms did not work; they would turn on for a few seconds and then dim and flicker before going out. The kitchen was well equipped except that there were no eating utensils; we had to use wooden takeaway forks to eat our oatmeal for breakfast.

We came for our birthdays and the staff were aware and they got us a bottle of Prosecco and put up some balloons and a banner as well as some snacks. The property was so clean and stunning inside! We loved how centre the property was located and how easy it was to access from the street. It also has en suites in both bedrooms which we loved as you don’t have to wait for the bathroom! The kitchen was also fully kitted out with coffee , tea and sugar as well as cleaning products for the dishwasher washing machine and cleaning products as well as kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook or drink at home.

Due to the property being so close to the center it can be abit noisy in the night time but it doesn’t ruin the trip and the staff leave some ear plugs for you if you need them.

Stunning property and location

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the station, The Roman Baths, and the starting point for tours. Plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby too!

We couldn’t find a tea towel to dry up and needed ear plugs for sleeping, it was city centre and we live in the countryside so that’s not surprising though.
