Bath Street Penthouse

The apartment was immaculate and stunning views all around.

The windows need to be sound proofed. Noise kept us up throughout the night as delivery trucks and people just taking echoes loud throughout the apartment. I would not be able to stay longer than the two nights we had booked.

Host was very helpful and accommodating

The noise from the streets at night and early morning made it very difficult to sleep; even with the windows shut it was very intrusive. The communication from the manager/ owner was minimal and information about the property was non existent; consequently there was no information given about WiFi or the operation of appliances. Further, the lift was not working; this apartment is on the 3rd floor and no prior warning was given about this. Fortunately we were able to drag our bags up but lesser able people would be in a predicament.

They went above and beyond to get balloons, flowers & chocolates in the apartment for our daughter’s birthday - thank you!

Apartment was very nicely appointed and an excellent city centre location. Lovely, light room.

There was no information booklet on facilities in the apartment. Milk would have been a nice welcome touch. The apartment was extremely noisy.

Large and airy.

Toilet did not smell good in main bathroom. No cutlery??? Fridge smelt of cheese- not fresh.

Excellent facilities, stunning two bedroom apartment.

Understand there may be constraints with the style/design of the windows, but the noise levels from outside made sleeping nigh on impossible. Whether it be from late night revellers or the early morning chorus of gulls.
