"Roots is an amazing hotel with a great staff , food and entertainment!!!"

I appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone including the security . The staff greeted us every morning with smiles and always asked how I stay was at Roots . I will return to Roots very soon !

"Disappointing"

Took over an hour to check in because they double booked us. They charged me for soft drinks I did not drink but the rooms are lovely and the staff (beyond the front desk) could not have been nicer. Terrible check in experience but overall nice hotel.

Front desk staff were very rude.
