O.k nothing to shout about.

No hot water. Telephone not working. Shower dirty. No toilet roll. Bidet pipe rusty. Bathroom never cleaned in 3 days. Truly disgusting. Why do put this hotel on your listing. Guest shouting and drunk early morning. Sleep disturbances.

Room was small in size & there was no restaurent attached with the hotels

Staff very courteous helpful BUT under owners so helpless. Aftab Bablu always ready to assist

Dirty. Standard very poor with ripped sheet unclean facilities not what shows on booking site. No place to sit for breakfast so by time comes to room cold! Not what I expected

The shower was powerful and hot

Booked a double room - on checking in, only a twin was available. Then shown later to a 'cleaned' double room which had a window that could not shut, so many insects were all in the room and bathroom. Switched to another room which had filthy bedsheets. Eventually went back to the twin room which was the only clean one out of all three! They don't give toilet roll, only 1 towel per room. television does not work. All over a bad experience but may be expected for £14 for the night.

Even though I had booked well in advance and also called them on the day to confirm our booking and told them we will be arriving only by 10pm, when we finally arrived they said they didn't have our rooms. We were stranded late in the night in a city we weren't familiar with! We had to go running from one hotel to another and finally had to spend the night is q really shady hotel. They also blamed Booking.com saying you'll overbooked the place even though they didn't have space! Really horrible experience
