Nothing at all

To start with, toilet seat completely disconnected. Had hair on it and toilet was not cleaned. There was no soap or any shampoo. Had every bad odor in the room. Bed had what looked to be urine stains on it. TV was not working. light switches had some kind of oily sticky gunk on it. Floors were not swept. Towels were pitch black. I usually don’t put reviews but this was worse than a roach motel….i could not sleep all night thinking about this. Simply awful!!!

The price of the stay was reasonable, and the room was spacious. The location was excellent, and with proper management efforts, it has the potential to be elevated to a higher tier.

The hygiene of the room was poor, with dust, a foul smell, a blood stain on the toilet seat, and a severe lack of toiletries.

Room was infested with cockroaches. Bath room flooring was dirty.

Economical stay.

Central air conditioner is good. But sliding windows are more comfortable rather than packed windows.

Booked 3 rooms all 3 rooms had cockroaches in them, upon telling the manager he assured us that they get pest control in every now and then to make sure this doesnt happen. But when we took him to the room and showed him he had no words either. The bed sheets were all stained and we definitely did not plan on laying on them. The Bathroom had mould and rust all around. Appliances and other fixtures were broken. We checked in and checked out right away. A week and a half later while still writing this I am trying to recoup our money. We did not spend a night in the rooms and the manager has mentioned that I have to contact OYO the building owners, who have passed me around and around to different teams. They're team in India have even hing up on me multiple times. This has by far been the worst stay ever and definitely one to avoid for those looking at this hotel.
