Super Townhouse Anand Formerly Hotel The Maison

Nothing to like, was not as advertised. Advertised as a 4 stat hotel but was not. Booked 3 rooms all 3 rooms had cockroaches in them, upon telling the manager he assured us that they get pest control in every now and then to make sure this doesnt happen. But when we took him to the room and showed him he had no words either. The bed sheets were all stained and we definitely did not plan on laying on them. The Bathroom had mould and rust all around. Appliances and other fixtures were broken. We checked in and checked out right away. A week and a half later while still writing this I am trying to recoup our money. We did not spend a night in the rooms and the manager has mentioned that I have to contact OYO the building owners, who have passed me around and around to different teams. They're team in India have even hing up on me multiple times. This has by far been the worst stay ever and definitely one to avoid for those looking at this hotel.

Very very tired property. No cleanliness at all. Filthy bedsheets, filthy duvet, stains on pillows covers. Shower is mouldy, toilet broken. Rugs were provided in the name of towels. Towel rail broken. TV doesn’t work in any room (Just a showpiece). Complained and no refund.

I was charged for breakfast and the hotel doesn't have any restaurants. No breakfast was provided and I have paid for it in the beginning . There was no working TV in the room. Fan not available in the room. Even for the shampoo I have to ask them. Bad experience
