Ampio terrazzo relax e ampie vetrate. Appartamento nuovo, luminoso e accogliente.

Questo appartamento è al piano terra perciò la vista mare è minima. Televisore non funzionante nemmeno dopo l'intervento della domestica. Pulizia non sufficiente.

l appartamento molto luminoso con grande giardino privato era posizionato nel circolo nautico di Santo Stefano al mare. La camera da letto matrimoniale era grande con cabina armadio adiacente. La cucina era provvista di lavatrice, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie.

non funzionava la TV ( anche dopo l intervento del "tecnico" )Ringrazio il titolare x il rimborso ricevuto.

Goede locatie, rustig en op wandelafstand van het dorpje.

De muggenramen waren stuk. Er is weinig bergruimte voor kledij. Er is geen kurkentrekker (en dit in een land waar toch wel eens wat wijn gedronken wordt). Een leeslamp naast de zetel zou wel practisch zijn.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich ruhig und der Pool mit wenigen Leuten einfach sensationell. Die nahe Lage des Lebensmittelladens Lidl ist einfach top.

Die Parkmöglichkeit könnte besser gelöst werden. Wir wurden dazu informiert, dass wir das Fahrzeug auf den weissen Parkplätzen ausserhalb der Schranken abstellen können. Leider wurden durch Anwohner mehrmals Zettel am Fahrzeug angebracht, dass die Parkplätze nur für die ältere Liegenschaften vor der Schanke sind.

Ottima posizione, tranquillità, appartamento con tutti i confort e soprattutto pulito. Piscina condivisa a due passi. Pista ciclabile vicina. Persino un supermercato accessibile anche dalla pista ciclabile a pochi minuti dalla struttura. Assistenza di Fabio eccellente, attento a risolvere ogni problema.

La doccia avrebbe bisogno di una porta per non allegare il bagno.
