Location is excellent for the marina. The flat was very clean. Check in is very easy and efficient.

The cost was hugely increased from last year when we stayed at exactly the same week. The flat is very small with no room in the living area once the sofa bed is down. The next door flat, owned by the same company, is over twice the size and the same price. It has much better facilities. I do not understand this. On arrival the flat was extremely hot. The guy did come over and turn the heating off but we were requested not to use the heating after this. This would have been a problem had we stayed longer and the weather turned colder.

I left the apartment after only two nights (booked for 8). The apartment is advertised with air conditioning, but the air conditioning was broken. I told this to the host, and his "helpful"reply was: "It's ok, it is not too hot". Great customer service. After two night where I slept like 2 hours in total soaking in my sweat, I left the apartment and went back home. I have already opened a "dispute resolution" for this, since this is totally unacceptable. This completely ruined my holidays and I should receive a full refund.

Everything was fine and to my liking.

Excellent location in the marina area. Loads of parking available. Easy communication with the host, Fabio, who was always there to answer any questions. Very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our 6 day stay there.

Nothing much. Only minor things such as bathroom door which does not open well and we had to buy a cloth to wipe kitchen surfaces.

Close to the marina which was excellent as we were attending a sailing regatta. Sunny garden. Washing machine a bonus. The welcome and customer service from the gentleman was excellent. Thank you so much for helping us and making our stay so easy.

Small living space ( but was fine). Table in the living space would have been useful ( we used the garden one)

Everything was perfect, nice place and the host is very kind! Strongly recommended!
