"Great location and tasteful cottage for an overnight stay."

The property is in a great location in the gardens of a fabulous house. The cottage is tasteful and well decorated, The beds are comfortable and the shower is good.

There is no kitchen, so anyone planning anything more than a cup of tea or coffee may struggle with the facilities. For instance, there is a toaster but no bread knife. Happily, the cottage is a short drive from Compton Acres, which has a great cafe, shops, and a wonderful garden - so we went there for breakfast instead.

Some lighting along the path would be good as we came back in the dark and it was not easy to see our way

Great location in a beautiful area. Cottage just right for our overnight stay.

I tried to change the dates of our visit by one night as I muddled the dates my husband was working; unfortunately the date change was not possible & he wasn't able to join me & the kids.

Check in and checkout were seamless and the property was exactly as described.

The only thing that I didn't like was my own lack of planning for transportation with limited transit service in the evenings. I definitely suggest having a car if you plan to go out and explore.
