Nicely decorated, shower lovely and hot, bed comfortable

There is no kitchen or real cooking facilities or anywhere to eat it apart from the bedrooms, also no fridge. This wasn’t so bad for just a one night stay but for any longer the facilities would need to be better. There was also no hand soap or washing up facilities and the tea bags were terrible.

Lovely area to stay.

No toiletries in bathroom. Check in was at 4pm, which is late. On top of that room was not pre heated even though it was 0 degrees outside. Took 4 hours for those electric heaters to turn the temperature around.

The location was good. It was also very quiet.

Better directions to the unit.

Cosy little House, quite

Only microwave. We found cook pots but no hob . We special look for houses where we can cook or heat food. One of us has a deseas and we can't have food from restaurant. We had to leave dirty plates and cups, because washing up in hand basin isn't a option.

easy to find and very comfortable. Good sized rooms. very nice places to eat around the local area.

the shower took some working out due to a pull cord that's unmarked controlling the power. unable to park a van near the building.

There were limited kitchen facilities and no space to sit, both rooms were used as bedrooms.

Excellent location for what we needed as just around the corner from friends. Ok for a couple of nights. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and clean.

Would have been good to have had a couple of chairs in the hall area- just so we could have sat down together and had a chat. There are a couple of chairs in the rooms but not enough for all those that are staying.

Cleanliness, comfort, location, value for money.

The location, the property was well decorated/ furnished and equipped with coffee machine, kettle. hob and oven, however these were in the main bedroom and would have been better placed in the good size entrance hall.

I have scored low for host as we did not meet them- no other reason. The time of arrival on Booking.com is 15:00hrs, but I received confirmation which stated 18:00hrs and was not able to cancel. I wouldn’t have booked an arrival of 18:00hrs. The host did agree to a 16:00 hrs arrival time. Booking.com need to make this clear on their site. The accommodation had a sweet patio and the surroundings beautiful and it would have been nice to have a table and chairs outside. Had we have made use of the cooking facilities we would have to eat on the bed.

The location is great, Sandbanks is a stunning place. Difficult to turn car around, especially if at night, so would move the big storage boxes that were outside.

Definitely needed a decent fridge (turned on) as this is essential. Also a table and chairs outside and would suggest having a microwave over the kitchen equipment/oven that was provided as this is not a place to cook in. Also felt very exposed to the owners/ hosts property and had to close curtains.
