Spacious and a character home . The water pressure is so great . Quiet and safe . So many rooms and so many bathrooms and toilet

No enough hot water , not enough essentials and not enough amenities

"Good place to stay for a big group of people"

It accommodated all of us. The air conditioning was great. There was ample drinking water. The owner was very responsive to messages. The house manager was accommodating but we couldn’t reach her when we needed her.

With the traffic in Tagaytay, it makes the house seem far from the restaurants/places to go to. The WiFi was not strong. Not all the bathrooms had hot water and one of the toilets did not flush well.
