Private and Spacious 4BR 4Bath Villa in Tagaytay , Gated, Near Picnic Grove

This is the best place to stay in and bond with family and friends. The house is spacious, cozy, comfortable and clean. The village feels safe and serene. Ate Zelle (caretaker) was professional, accommodating, diligent and easy to be with. We had smooth transactions.

It was a delightful experience. For sure, we'll come back again.

Very accommodating staff. Rustic and homey vibe while offering a large space which can be good for intimate family functions. Beds were comfortable and numerous which can accommodate a large group especially if you're traveling with a group of families. TV offers YouTube and Netflix as long as it's connected to the wifi.

The house seems a little worn out but still in good shape. Wifi sometimes loses signal which causes movies to buffer while watching. A little faulty button (right directional button) on the remote but still functional nonetheless.

When we were trying to find a place , i was thinking of space, simple luxurious and accessibility. My area of reference is Tagaytay as this comes with expectations of cold breezy weather and nature. What attracted me most to consider this place is the availability of lot of common area to be enjoyed by diffferent age -groups / generations to bond together. There a place for karaoke, for indoor dining, outdoor dining for coffee or drinking and and the living room where we had our family socials as this is essential for Filipino culture. Some places in booking.com will have pool, i didnt go for that. Some time its nice just to bond with more simplier options. The place itself surrounded by garden landscape is already an A +. The host " Ate Zelle" definitely took care of our needs from preparing the place - mattress in place, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Aside from that she gave us a house tour and neighborhood tour. Its always nice to hear from someone to give us facts about the place and the area.

There is nothing i like to be honest, maybe some essentials like ready shampoo and toothpaste.

The house is big and the atmosphere is homey. We appreciate the tranquility and the serene vibes inside. What you see in the photos are accurate. We also love the dogs that seem to be the caretakers just quietly lounging outside and when it was time for us to go, they went to the entrance outside on top of the stairs seemingly bidding us goodbye.

Can have brighter lights in the rooms and a closet or bar to hang our clothes
