Grosvenor Apartments First Floor

It's a beautiful place and was so nice to stay in good for the kids too. My little girl love it. It was really nice and big. Had loads of space and was really lovely inside would stay again

Great location. The apartment is large and has a good layout. Very comfortable.

When we arrived the bathroom light was not working and some temporary lighting had been installed. Unfortunately this was not good enough and every time we attempted to use the lights they fell off the wall onto the dark bathroom floor and only stopped on for a few seconds. We reported this and further lights were supplied with a charger. Using the bathroom during the evening and night was a challenge to say the least. The Cleaning of the apartment was poor, the kitchen was the worst with dirty cutlery and utensils which had to be washed before use. This apartment might have been great at some point but now is the time for some updates and a review of the Cleaning process. Photos of some of the problems attached.

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The rooms are very spacious and warm. Excellent location! Short walk to the main high street area and the seafront. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend and will happily book again should we return to Scarborough.

Location is great. Apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. I would stay again as its great value for money however, small attention needs to improve. See below.

Shower was good however, regulating the temperature was impossible. It was either hot of ever hotter. Cleanliness was OK but could/should have been better (Bedroom drawers, bathroom, entrance, kitchen exit doorway) Upon arrival couldn't connect to WIFI, after communicating with the owner was told the name had password in the literature was not up to date, once connected to WIFI if was very good.. Table in the living room collapsed when I placed my laptop on it, was told the previous person staying was heavy handed and broke the table.......WIFI & table issues should have been communicated before/upon arrival. No fire exit key available. No washing liquid available.

If you are looking for an apartment located at the heart of Scarborough, Grosvenor Crescent is your best bet. If you want a place with a feel of ‘home-away-from-home”, this is the right choice. The apartment is neat, with modern day equipments and family-friendly facilities. My family and I had an amazing time there for our birthday getaway. If we were to visit Scarborough again, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Fabulous accommodation… highly recommend

We had the most wonderful time in this gorgeous and well appointed apartment. So much so, that we added on an extra night! Beds - main bed was super comfortable. Sheets were lovely too. It was hard getting out of such a comfortable bed in the morning! Sofa bed in the lounge - as far as sofa beds go this was excellent. Sturdy and comfortable. I had an undisturbed night sleep on it. Heating - Really efficient. I was a little concerned initially about high ceilings and single glazed windows but I needn't have been. The apartment heated up quickly and we were very cosy the entire stay. Shower - gorgeous large shower with rainfall shower head. Hot water aplenty. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The rooms are very spacious also. WiFi was good. TVs had access to netflix, prime and iPlayer. Excellent location! 7 mins walk from the main high street area and Tesco. And similar timing to the seafront. Will happily book again should we return to Scarborough.
