Guildford Townhouse with Parking

Great size for a family of five. Convenient location.

There should have been bags for food recycling. I had to keep nipping out to bin. Noticed that previous tenants- I presume- had mixed contents in bins.

We had a very pleasant stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. There's a fantastic park just around the corner (no more than a 5-minute walk) which was ideal for the kids with its huge grassed area. The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is well-equipped with decent pans and baking trays, which isn’t always a given in holiday rentals. The garden was also accessible and usable which I’ve found isn’t always the case when booking online. We did have one minor issue after arrival but the owner responded quickly and sorted it out right away. Great service and a great stay overall

The house is very quiet and very good location to move either to Londor or southern area. The host is kind and response very quickly. We all were satisfied with staying here and hope to come back later.

Very clean and area is completely quiet, no traffic and no noise as it is gated community.

Cozy and comfortable and was close enough to local shop and takeaways.

It wasn't quite family friendly enough for us. Maybe a couple of fold away stair gates or guard for the stairs and kitchen area. There were no cleaning products or air fresheners about as well as no clothes airer for indoor use or pegs for the outdoor washing line. Little touches like that could make it a bit more homely. Sounds silly but despite the pictures on the walls they were just grey and dark... a bit of colour would've brighten the rooms up a bit too. Oh and to add, the TV kept buffering so was alittle frustrating at times. Overall it was a great stay.

I just loved this beautiful little house in Guildford!! It is a typical English little house with everything you need. It is on 2 floors, with a kitchen, dining, sitting and backyard on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. It is so cozy and you immediately feel at home. It is a short bus ride to the town centre and train station. There is a groceries shop nearby for anything you may need. The host communication was very good. Very highly recommended.

The only thing was the water pressure in the shower was a bit slow. But other than that everything was perfect!

It’s an ideal base from which to explore Guildford and the surrounding area. The property itself is lovely and clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to self cater. The living/dining room is very comfortable too. Parking is easy, just outside the property. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to town and only 5 minutes walk to a huge M&S Foodhall. Guildford itself is home to lots of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Jeremy the host is very helpful and informative. We would not hesitate to stay there again next time we’re in Guildford.
