Guildford Townhouse with Parking

Squeaky doors, needs a little wd40

Chose this house as a group of friend going to s festival in Stoke park which is very close . The house was very clean and spacious with an outdoor space . The ensuite bathrooms are ideal and the house also had a downstairs toilet. Everything catered for although the visit was for 1 night I would gladly stay longer and would recommend the accommodation

Great location in a quiet gated development, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Guildford. Easy parking next to the house. Two en-suite bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen, spacious lounge/diner. Host put ice cubes in the freezer for our arrival and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Communication with host was excellent, instructions were easy to follow in terms of access to the property. Jeremy contacted us to check if we had arrived safely and if there was anything we needed. Appreciated lots of extras such as tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs and washing powder, you don’t often get this.

Wi-Fi could be better, particularly if you are trying to work or have family using multiple devices. The mattress/pillows in the main bedroom could do with replacing as we found them a bit soft, but we recognise that’s personal opinion. Cutlery and crockery is basic and mismatched, shame as the glassware was fine. A couple of things which would make a better impression and give a more homely feel would be proper doormats inside the front door and patio doors, and maybe a standard lamp in the lounge.

The water pressure was a bit low esp in the shower

Good location, quiet close, each bedroom with own bathroom

One light bulb in the living room needs replacing and toilet valve drips a bit of water regularly which can be a biy noisy but otherwise great
