The location and the accommodation were beautiful. The place was comfortable. There is a toilet upstairs and a joint toilet and bathroom downstairs. I travelled with my elderly parents and having a toilet on each level made things easier for my parents. They could manage the stairs comfortably.

Nothing major. The location was great for our purpose. We walked or used Uber. If you need to use the subway regularly, the location is not as convenient.

Location was wonderful . So central to old koyoto and although it was so busy around us it was so quiet where we were staying

The charge for daily housecleaning was high . Didn’t opt to do this also not enough bags, cleaning products or towels to wash dishes

"I would book this place again if I revisit"

It was roomy, very clean, great location(we had a garden view so no outside noise) - easy check in process. Comfortable futon and bed. Beautiful garden and shower. They washer/dryer was a bonus

walls are too thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor your can hear their steps. First night we had a noisy one, then they checked out and it was supper quiet .

"Comfortable, centrally located respite"

We were met upon arrival which made accessibility easy. Communication was quick over email. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. It is located centrally in Kyoto and was super accessible to all of the walking streets, shops and eateries.

The unit could use more hooks for towels and jackets. There is a nook in the entryway that would be a perfect place for jackets. With five of us, it was also tough to find locations to put up our towels.
