Staff is rude, only one bed has been set up for 3 beds room apartment, charge extra bed setup. No assistance with anything else. Location is very inconvenient if you have suitcases, taxi cannot reach.

The fact that room service for cleaning is more than 8k yen per day is very disappointing comparing to how much you actually pay for a night there it should be complimentary like other hotels. Also You have to ask for everything you need like extra bottle of water everyday otherwise it wont be supplied. There was black spot look like mold in bath tub so i didnt use the tub for semi onsen experience.

Great location, beds were comfortable, bathroom was amazing and you can do your own home onsen and you get to experience staying in a japanese home.

The heating is making noise every 15 mins, the setup of home makes a lot of going up and down on the stairs, breakfast options are more focused on japanese style
