L’appartamento è pulito e accogliente. La posizione è eccezionale: in pieno centro e allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi. L’host è stato molto gentile e le sue risposte sempre veloci e puntuali.

L’appartamento è un po’ datato e sarebbe da rinnovare. I flaconi dei prodotti da bagno erano vuoti.

En general todo, pero especialmente la ubicación. En el mismo centro.

Uncomfortable beds, no natural light, poor state of the building, bathroom gets flooded easily

The location was perfect for sight seeing and central for going out in the evening. The flat was very clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good sized fridge.

Just a personal thing ... I would have liked some t towels in the kitchen and a plug for the sink

The apartment is in a great location! It is easily walkable to many, restaurants, shops, and sights but still remains quiet. The bedrooms are spacious. The shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. The host does not communicate through Booking.com app or WhatsApp so it’s necessary to call or text and incur international fees. The check-in instructions were still not provided when we landed at the airport. We were able to eventually reach the host via telephone. The apartment is in need of an update and thorough cleaning. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the towels need replacing. Several areas of the apartment haven’t been dusted in a very long time. Upon arrival the counters were dirty. The sponge to wash the dishes was old and mildewy. The cleaning has significant failures. The host did replace the broken microwave wave and brought a change of towels. When the host was in the apartment we showed him many of these issues. The only response was can I send a written list.
